The place is a mess, reps are being micro managed to input phone calls into excel sheets. They make reps duplicate work in Google sheets and the CRM. Tool overload to make the AE act like SDRs.

Fantastic product that is clearly beyond its competitors. All top of funnel is sourced primarily through cold outbound efforts to enterprise customers. Since the ICP is very large enterprise, sales cycle times is on average 6-9 months (sometimes 1 year).

New leadership that came in a couple months ago created a toxic fear based work environment - bullying reps, unexpected layoffs, internal cliques. This company has turned into a mess and they don’t seem to appreciate the reps who bring value to the team - they actually just lay them off to bring in their guys.
