New leadership that came in a couple months ago created a toxic fear based work environment - bullying reps, unexpected layoffs, internal cliques. This company has turned into a mess and they don’t seem to appreciate the reps who bring value to the team - they actually just lay them off to bring in their guys. Lacks in diversity on both sales and marketing side , especially within leadership.

Love the leadership team and company culture. Traceable’s solution is uniquely positioned to bring significant value to large enterprises (esp financial services), so there’s a ton of opportunity here and I expect the company revenue to continue growing very quickly

Great leadership and culture. Brought in a lot of top tier sales talent over the past year. Market fit is tough as many companies offer API security as part of larger platform play.
