New leadership that came in a couple months ago created a toxic fear based work environment - bullying reps, unexpected layoffs, internal cliques. This company has turned into a mess and they don’t seem to appreciate the reps who bring value to the team - they actually just lay them off to bring in their guys. Lacks in diversity on both sales and marketing side , especially within leadership.

The place is a mess, reps are being micro managed to input phone calls into excel sheets. They make reps duplicate work in Google sheets and the CRM. Tool overload to make the AE act like SDRs.
