Fantastic product that is clearly beyond its competitors. All top of funnel is sourced primarily through cold outbound efforts to enterprise customers. Since the ICP is very large enterprise, sales cycle times is on average 6-9 months (sometimes 1 year).

The place is a mess, reps are being micro managed to input phone calls into excel sheets. They make reps duplicate work in Google sheets and the CRM. Tool overload to make the AE act like SDRs.

Great leadership and culture. Brought in a lot of top tier sales talent over the past year. Market fit is tough as many companies offer API security as part of larger platform play.
