GREAT work-life balance, strong inbound leads, good PMF, supportive management. Our compensation philosophy is to pay as per quota allotted. We want to steer away from some peers of ours who pay very high but have very low attainment. Tough competition will always be there when you want to gun for being the best. We are glad you are enjoying a great work-life balance which is key to a long and successful sales career.
