This space has lot of business potential, hence the inbound lead flow is good. Compensation is below average as compared to their competitors in the space. GREAT work-life balance, strong inbound leads, good PMF, supportive management. Not enough money to make, slow growth, tough competition in a congested space.

Thank you for a great review. Our compensation philosophy is to pay as per quota allotted. We want to steer away from some peers of ours who pay very high but have very low attainment. Tough competition will always be there when you want to gun for being the best. We are glad you are enjoying a great work-life balance which is key to a long and successful sales career.

My overall experience with was really disappointing the way the leadership team handled the situation. The worst part is you'll know your quarterly targets at least 30 days post the quarter start date.

Thank you for your critical review. We appreciate the same. Based on your recommendation, we have gotten better at quota planning and have fixed yearly quotas now so that reps can plan accordingly. We apologise that our teething issues caused you disappointment.

Overall it is a good place to learn and grow. If you put decent efforts then quota can be achieved.
