Very unorganized company - they figure things out as they go or once an issue arises. It's overall a good company for an early start but the culture is based on favoritism and not necessarily for the highest earning reps btw.

Sales structure/Compensation is extremely poor. Little to no bonus compensation or structure for top performance, no incentives, president/achievers club, majority of team does not hit quota. No incentives for working hard, and no clear path to promotion. Hire externally versus internally. Given lots of the run-around when asking questions. Good I guess for people...Read More

Find another 3PL. No deals being closed. Poor middle leadership. Lots of lying and bullying.
