Little to no bonus compensation or structure for top performance, no incentives, president/achievers club, majority of team does not hit quota. No incentives for working hard, and no clear path to promotion. Hire externally versus internally. Given lots of the run-around when asking questions. Good I guess for people straight out of college, but not long term. No raise between promotions. Browse Other Reviews
