I have a fantastic manager and team, however I have many peers who don't feel the same about their manager. Talent acquisition has definitely gone down and we aren't hiring the right people. The CDP space has so many competitors who say they can do part or all of what Segment offers, which makes it difficult to sell. However, it is still a great product when you need to connect, unify, and engage audiences, and it is the most comprehensive CDP.
