Decent company. Product is catching up. Talent pool is all over the place. Some great experienced sellers and a lot of junior sellers.

Company is great, lots of potential but they will never get it right on compensation. Have spent tons of $$ on hiring people who will turnover before they ever sell anything to pay themselves off because they will not pay competitive market rates.
