Your experience at this company will depend entirely on the manager that you are assigned. Some managers will fight for you and have your back - while other managers will leave you to either sink or swim. Middle management is hit or miss - but the executive leadership is amazing.

Moved to the organization during an acquisition. Lots of changes occurred during the acquisition which is to be expected. The CEO promised that no employees would be let go after the acquisition. 8 months later the company restructured and laid off people 7 days before Christmas.
