I have a fantastic manager and team, however I have many peers who don't feel the same about their manager. Talent acquisition has definitely gone down and we aren't hiring the right people. I chalk this up to leadership lacking vision and not having consistency in what they say. Overall, I feel well compensated and my day to day is good but I have serious doubts about Twilio's leadership capabilities and the future of the CDP market in general

My overall experience was good at the beginning but as they tried to integrate Twilio and Segment products, the core strength of the Segment platform were neglected and the constant org changes created a lot of noise which made it hard to stay focused.
