The company it’s self has grown so much in the past 2 years that things like leadership and culture have declined. They keep dangling the IPO carrot, and keep pushing it. Moral across all departments feels very low, especially considering how high it’d been in the past.

Current Employee3.9Oct 18, 2024Rubrik is a solid company with a great product and solid PMF. The CEO is fantastic and willing to help move deals forward. However, it seems to greatly depends on your manager and account list to determine your success. Ramp is minimal (you will have a quota day 1), and onboarding takes a full quarter to complete.
