Rubrik is a solid company with a great product and solid PMF. The CEO is fantastic and willing to help move deals forward. However, it seems to greatly depends on your manager and account list to determine your success. Ramp is minimal (you will have a quota day 1), and onboarding takes a full quarter to complete.

Decent overall experience but the company is chaning rapidly. Less targets being hit, more micro-management and no clear strategy. It also doesn't help that 'newer leadership' doesn't seem to have much experience with the actual business, it's more like how things used to work in the passed and in theory.
