Love the vision, the technology, and the rate at which we are evolving. Sales organization is always pivoting and tweaking to get the best returns for the company. This is a double edged sword as it can cause inconsistencies around execution and vision. I still have massive trust in leadership at all levels that they are making the right moves and look forward to my continued future here at Rurik.

Constant changes, and goals are very lofty. Post IPO culture is fragmented and evolving. Big plans here and stock price is goal #1 but the pressure trickles down to the sellers. If you luck out with a healthy territory foundation lost of money here. If not, not so much.

Company and perks are GREAT. Product is solid. Leadership is good too. Your experience here will HIGHLY depend on YOUR manager. I got the short end of the stick.
