Culture shift in the lead up to IPO. Most new sales leaders have no experience selling Rubrik. Therefore there isn’t a deep understanding of a typical sales cycle. Just regurgitated talk tracks and canned sales enablement process micro management. Incredible product, market fit, and You can make a lot of money. Hopefully the new leadership blood gets battle tested and can do more than critique salesforce note format and populate spreadsheets.

New VP of sales decided to come in and "show his worth" by doing a re-org of the company which led to many strong people getting let go, culture is dying.

The product is stellar. Corporate culture is pretty toxic. There is the opportunity to make a lot of money if you have the right patch. You just need to deal with unrealistic expectations and a culture that tells you that you don’t need a work life balance if you love the work.
