Culture shift in the lead up to IPO. Most new sales leaders have no experience selling Rubrik. Therefore there isn’t a deep understanding of a typical sales cycle. Just regurgitated talk tracks and canned sales enablement process micro management. Incredible product, market fit, and You can make a lot of money.
