Rubrik is a fast-pased, demanding sales environment. Expectations are high, and as a new seller, you are expected to figure things out. Like many SaaS sales environments, most people last 2-3 years before going elsewhere. However, I was put in a position to succeed. The product is legitimately best in market. The comp plans are becoming less generous post IPO but still great opportunity to make money.

New VP of sales decided to come in and "show his worth" by doing a re-org of the company which led to many strong people getting let go, culture is dying.

The product is stellar. Corporate culture is pretty toxic. There is the opportunity to make a lot of money if you have the right patch. You just need to deal with unrealistic expectations and a culture that tells you that you don’t need a work life balance if you love the work.
