Avoid this place if you have a choice. Run don’t walk! Rubrik used to be great but new leadership has ruined the culture. Rampant micromanagement and unnecessary pressure. Rubrik has become more political than the White House and our leadership is as clueless as Biden/Harris.

Rubrik is a high performance and high growth culture. The expectations are high for reps and first line leaders but the exposure to second and third line expectations and future leadership potential is second to none
