A literal call center. They track everything you do. You can only take so many bathroom breaks before they get on you. The product sucks and a lot of former realtors have had a bad experience buying our lead gen products.

Used to be great. Leadership kills any morale by treating us like cattle and adding several unnecessary layers of complexity and micromanagement in the most extreme ways possible. Not a hard sale but made difficult by leadership. Used to pay pretty well. You can crush quota and get reprimanded for not following 1 of 35 (actually 35+) tracked metrics and kpi’s
