Used to be great. Leadership kills any morale by treating us like cattle and adding several unnecessary layers of complexity and micromanagement in the most extreme ways possible. Not a hard sale but made difficult by leadership. Used to pay pretty well. You can crush quota and get reprimanded for not following 1 of 35 (actually 35+) tracked metrics and kpi’s

My overall experience was disappointing due to the toxic culture and leadership being an old boys' club style, a lot of favoritism, and unfortunately also a lot of discrimination.

My overall experience was misleading. The tenure, clawbacks, KPIs, and job satisfaction was all explained much different during interview / training process than I have experienced in nearly 2 years.
