On one hand I enjoyed working with many folks from a previous startup I worked with. In that regard it was fun. On the other hand we were at such an early stage and yet there was little to know room to explore the real opportunity with the the product. That said I found a way to do large deals, get paid, help customers and learn what I could about how our revolutionary tech would change the way real estate was sold.

My overall experience was disappointing due to the toxic culture and leadership being an old boys' club style, a lot of favoritism, and unfortunately also a lot of discrimination.
