My overall experience was misleading. The tenure, clawbacks, KPIs, and job satisfaction was all explained much different during interview / training process than I have experienced in nearly 2 years. The upper management is trying to push everyone as hard as they can and give them as little pay increase as possible. The commission structure was even lowered and the job description changed from 120k ore to top performers earn over 120k In sales you are responsible for the sign ups but not retention yet you are paid on the retention. A few months ago they made us all sign a letter of arbitration because of all the new KPIs they create. The company treats employees so bad someone wrote to hr saying they are contemplating suicide. Their response “don’t forget to take time off for your mental health” Having 3.5 hours of minimum talk time at a job you are cold calling and leaving voicemails all day for is a nightmare. I highly recommend avoiding the pitfall of trying to be successful at this role. If you are 1:10 people in your training class to do so you’ll be miserable
