Some sellers work really hard to deliver, sometimes the business can not deliver due to silent layoffs and lost institutional knowledge. When given room and time high achievers can accomplish good things for their clients, however being beholden to a private equity company and the public stock market is like working with a ticking time bomb in the background. My hustle and drive helped me achieve great results. The businesses outlook looks like the stocks chart. Just being real.

Great company but challenging place to work in sales. Enablement not keeping up with product development, comp on the low side and high turn over in presales.

My immediate boss was fantastic, and had we not been in a toxic work environment, we all would still be there, and we'd be successful. The problem is/was Rackspace is, should be, in turn-around mode, and they have the exact wrong leadership to affect that kind of change.
