Then the PE firm brough in new leadership who were only there to make their millions going public. Layoffs, PIPs and bad management made many of us leave. If you find a good leader to work for it can be okay.

Senior leadership in the Public Cloud business is far behind the Private Cloud teams, in terms of culture, vision, accountability and day to day behaviour. Make sure you know which side you might end up.
