Former Employee3.1Feb 27, 2024Old Rackspace was amazing. The best people, leadership and company culture all with a mission that made work fun and rewarding. Then the PE firm brough in new leadership who were only there to make their millions going public. Layoffs, PIPs and bad management made many of us leave. If you find a good leader to work for it can be okay.

You had to put in a request for support and within a week and a half someone would be assigned. Plenty more but overall 3 out of 10 rating.
