My overall experience with this organization was very disappointing. They were very unorganized and continued to cut engineering support for the sales team. You had to put in a request for support and within a week and a half someone would be assigned. Plenty more but overall 3 out of 10 rating.

My overall experience is that Rackspace needs to focus on supporting its employees and its customers. Right now, all they care about it their bottom line.

Rackspace has a very strong Enterprise presence and catalog, and as an SMB rep it can be difficult to scope the offerings appropriately within the SMB, Commercial, & SUP space. Like with most sales jobs, your manager decides how easy your life will be and I’ve been fortunate enough to have great managers during my tenure.
