Senior leadership in the Public Cloud business is far behind the Private Cloud teams, in terms of culture, vision, accountability and day to day behaviour. Make sure you know which side you might end up.

The problem is/was Rackspace is, should be, in turn-around mode, and they have the exact wrong leadership to affect that kind of change.
