Laid off in a year as they hired and created a crew based off of a misunderstanding with a Big 3 cloud provider on who was supposed to bring who business. - Zero capabilities around products they were advertising.

My immediate boss was fantastic, and had we not been in a toxic work environment, we all would still be there, and we'd be successful. The problem is/was Rackspace is, should be, in turn-around mode, and they have the exact wrong leadership to affect that kind of change.
