There are two business units the legacy on Private cloud unit and the newest Public cloud focused sales organization named MPC. Every leadership role is help by an Indian, president, CRO, VP, Sales Leader down because of this you will only be promoted or respected if your Indian, they won’t even listen to you in meetings if your not. The industry heads are all Indian as well, Healthcare and Banking. They over bill and under bill customers, hire and fire at will to make their financial targets and withhold compensation regularly and strategically.
