There are two business units the legacy on Private cloud unit and the newest Public cloud focused sales organization named MPC. Every leadership role is help by an Indian, president, CRO, VP, Sales Leader down because of this you will only be promoted or respected if your Indian, they won’t even listen to you in meetings if your not. The industry heads are all Indian as well, Healthcare and Banking. They over bill and under bill customers, hire and fire at will to make their financial targets and withhold compensation regularly and strategically.

Old Rackspace was amazing. The best people, leadership and company culture all with a mission that made work fun and rewarding. Then the PE firm brough in new leadership who were only there to make their millions going public. Layoffs, PIPs and bad management made many of us leave. If you find a good leader to work for it can be okay.
