Company is focused on moving up market to the enterprise space but the product is not yet ready. Lots of potential but with limited inbound flow and the product being more of a nice to have vs need to have it is a pretty tough sell.

Lack of focus on core ICP, woshful thinking in terms of capacity allocation to the enterprise. PMF needs to accelerate rapidly for earning potential to return.
