Good product, good coworkers, terrible overseas leadership. Big opportunity to overtake biggest competitor if CEO let's go of some control and let the NA team do its thing

No support, very poor leadership, fading product, bleak future. Has been around for over 10 years and growth has slowed down tremendously.
