Former Employee There are two or three golden gems in higher leadership on the sales side at Placer, but other than that, most sales leaders are incompetent in terms of getting their teams to strive towards a cohesive selling vision. The layoffs recently were shocking and handled poorly by leadership for employees left with jobs. 60-70 person mass lay off zoom calls with access cut immediately afterwards; internal call after day of lay offs with employees disregarded the loss that occurred and showed a lack of empathy for the friends and colleagues who had just lost their jobs. Culture since then has shot downward, and there's an incredible amount of turn over in all roles since.
If you're an SDR looking for a role, I recommend looking elsewhere.
