Love this company for taking a shot on me. The culture and people are fantastic. As I mature as a sales professional I do have an appetite for making more, and due to Mondays low bonus compensation (higher base) I’m curious what’s out there. Leads always flow in though here so it’s a great bonus working here.

Overall, this is an incredible company to work for. The only major difference is that we are given a bonus every half year for hitting our quota. This means that we are capped around commission.
