Offers a great product for engineers in a growing industry with a real need for what Memfault offers. The GTM org has struggled to find the right leadership and IC's with significant turnover in the last 18 months. The company still feels like an engineering led org with sales being an afterthought. Huge potential if they can fix this problem.

A typical high-performing BDR is in the role for 1-1.5 years. Memfault created a new position between BDR and AE, the ISR, to be a midway point to "help BD transition into AEs".
