My overall experience was good, good pay and a market leader. As long as you work hard you’ll hit your number… need to play politics to make sure you don’t screwed when the whole org shifts.

Horrible, turn over rate should tell you all you need to know. Too much going on here to even speak about. Salary starts at the lowest possible. They want kids out of college who cant ask for more money but they want the experience of someone with 5 years to work for 32k.
