My overall experience has been positive. The base salary is low compared to similar positionsin the market, but the variable comp and spiffs make it an attractive role. Good product / market fit.

The company is a big small company. It struggles with communication until the last minute. Very old school leadership not good with change or updated methods.

Horrible, turn over rate should tell you all you need to know. Too much going on here to even speak about. Salary starts at the lowest possible. They want kids out of college who cant ask for more money but they want the experience of someone with 5 years to work for 32k.
