Current Employee A lot of challenges over the last couple years with a change to the pricing model and transition away from being owned by SAS. The company has been very rigid in a lot of new policies and have burned bridges with many customers, many of whom have downgraded or gotten rid of the software entirely. Middle management is great but has no power. Senior leadership is widely seen by reps as not being helpful. Product and customers are great though! Browse Other Reviews
