Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great company that is going through painful transition to stand alone from SAS. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement, or to crush it, but stable workforce and demand. Targets adjusted down last year after aspirational quotas in 2023 that failed to include changes to pricing, sales credit and contracts. These changes annoyed many in the customer base, and staff, which led to poor performance to target across the org. The company made record money, so is in a strong position, but only 1/3 made OTE. Hopefully better days ahead.
