The primary driver of change was the change itself we underwent when we separated from our parent company as a wholly owned subsidiary. New processes, moving customer contracts to new systems, etc. In theory things should be getting better with a reinvigorated emphasis on process improvement.

A lot of challenges over the last couple years with a change to the pricing model and transition away from being owned by SAS. The company has been very rigid in a lot of new policies and have burned bridges with many customers, many of whom have downgraded or gotten rid of the software entirely.
