A company with an incredible opportunity that has a great product market fit with a large total addressable market. Uncapped commissions with the structure attractive to over performance. it's a good place for salespeople who can work both complex and simple sales through to a successful outcome across a range of products.

poor upper management, where product marketing, and inbound leads are too low, and then expectations from the upper management team is high and not realistic. There is no space of growth also people will stay in there positions for more than 10 - 15 years
