The primary driver of change was the change itself we underwent when we separated from our parent company as a wholly owned subsidiary. New processes, moving customer contracts to new systems, etc. In theory things should be getting better with a reinvigorated emphasis on process improvement.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. It is hard to put a price on good office/management culture. Product is strong and well known, yet there is lots of room for growth. Love my role.

JMP has a great software reputation and internal camaraderie. Mid level management helps overcome obstacles to doing business with JMP and has low turnover.
