Great company that is going through painful transition to stand alone from SAS. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement, or to crush it, but stable workforce and demand. Targets adjusted down last year after aspirational quotas in 2023 that failed to include changes to pricing, sales credit and contracts. Great experience after a year! If I had to dig and look for any qualms, it would be the fact that we are in a state of constant change which brings its own challenges. Knowing the caliber of folks here, all of this change is for the better and it will lead to a better future for our company and our customers.
