Overall I've been very pleased with my decision to work at insightsoftware. The onboarding was best-in-class and the enablement set me up for success out of the gate. The compensation plan is competitive and rewards hard-work.

Multiple acquisitions poorly put together, aiming only for ARR with no integration or innovation, leaving the staff to fend themselves. It will never achieve the ROI promised to investors.
