My overall experience has been positive as I started as an IC and have had the opportunity to step into a leadership position. The company has grown immensely in the last 5 years via acquisition and certain teams still have potential but the core business is slowly dying due to aggressive PE-backed pricing increases and lack of product enhancement. Senior leadership is only focused on results and does not acknowledge any data that conflicts with the board's expectations for growth.

Below market base salary. Quota your first month. No ramp. Micromanaging leadership. Too many internal meetings. Product is a “nice to have” and not a necessity.
