My overall experience was extremely poor. ELT was brought in from another company under the same PE firm and they appointed sales leaders within the circle of friends. Churn is astronomical as the customer base is livid with the management style on the price increase tactic.

Company more focussed on cross selling to existing customer. With many acquisitions and with, the acquisition of existing customers, the TAM for new logo was too small. Management expectations were often unrealistic. Not many new biz reps hit target. A much higher portion of existing customer reps hit target.

My overall experience is leadership severely micromanages all reps to the point that the internal meetings and requirements hamper your ability to sell. Also, all territories are not created equal and there are significant imbalances between territories. If you get the right manager, it is a fun and constructive work environment.
