iCIMS is one of the best companies I have worked with thus far from an SDR perspective. The managers and leadership are some of the best I have encountered when it comes to being realistic with attainment goals and taking action to move those markers as needed based on the world sentiment and market conditions. Understanding and logical are the words that come to mind when thinking about iCIMS. Leadership also does everything in their power to make sure you succeed as well. They certainly do not leave you to your own devices when ramping which is great for beginners. Obviously, some things could be improved upon but that's going to be every company you work at. The culture of the company overall is great and the team members I have encountered have all been well-grounded and welcoming. If you are starting as an SDR, AE, or AM it may be one of the best places to go to get your start.
