Great organization. Lots of balance for work/life. The ability to pivot from a full premise company to a cloud leader is rare - and Genesys did a world-class job.

Very toxic culture, compensation is ok. Overall the juice is not worth the squeeze. Leadership is insecure, toxic and very demanding. This trickles down to everyone. A lot of employees are grouchy and unhelpful. They are the result of an awful culture that starts at the top. Do not recommend.

Easy to sell - Genesys is a product that companies need, it’s a Gartner MQ leader, and the company sets achievable quotas.
