ExtraHop's product does what it says it will do and much more. It's a phenomenal product in a relatively immature NDR market. Senior leadership changes over the last few years significantly impacted the culture but the most recent changes may be a good thing for current and future employees. They do need to figure out their pricing and packaging model the ensure it aligns with their GTM strategy.

CEO lacks market awareness. The harsh culture (blame the talent that built the company) has turned over the knowledge base of staff to support a theory, "we have the right tech, wrong people" - the investors should cut their losses with the current leadership team.

Not as promised when recruited to join. Ask to speak with 3-5 people on your sales team before joining, you’ll learn a lot.
