In the early IPO years, it was fantastic in every category. It's a great product and you can sell into any corporate vertical. There were great people at every corner. The biggest downside was the meager base salary for entry level AE and mid-market AE. Otherwise, compensation was fair. Overall, still a solid company with a dynamite platform. I don't know what the new leadership entails, but the product is the product regardless.

Everbridge has its pros and cons as things are changing every 1-2 years (i.e. exec team, product bundles, sales methodology, partner ROEs, etc). It is vital to remain adaptable and to keep your head down to get results.
