Everbridge has a solid portfolio and performs well for our customer base. The biggest challenge facing Everbridge is the current leadership. With the never ending changes over the past 12-16 months the morale and culture is at an all time low.

The overall experience was fine. My teammates and immediate leadership were helpful, but it feels like things are moving backwards. Competitors have been able to catch up over the last few years, both from a capabilities and pricing perspective, and there is little evidence that this has been addressed. Everbridge as a company has great solutions with mission driven goals for to keep our customers safe and businesses running. Unfortunately change is constant and the disconnect between senior management and everyone else is always at the forefront. Culture is nonexistent and moral is suffering.

Part of an acquired company, it went really well for the first 2 years after the acquisition when they left us alone. Became quite messy when the tried to integrate us in.
